User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this My Experience Learning Management System (MELMS), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use this platform for educational purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Academic Integrity

Users are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity when using this platform:

  • Submit only your own original work
  • Properly cite all sources and references
  • Do not share assignment answers or quiz solutions
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Report any suspected violations of academic integrity

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload viruses or any other type of malicious code

6. Content Ownership

Course materials provided by instructors remain the intellectual property of their creators. Student submissions become part of their academic record. The platform itself and its underlying code remain the property of the developer.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
